UNICEF Brick by Psychic Factory

A clever idea for disaster relief by design consultancy Psychic Factory.

Food and water can be donated in easily transported bricks. Once their content of food and water has been consumed, the UNICEF Brick can be filled with sand or earth and used as building blocks for shelters. I'd be interested to see if this ever makes it into reality.
