As novel as this concept looks, it is actually based on the original idea of the running machine by Karl Freiherr von Drais from the early 1800's. The Fliz concept by Tom Hambrock and Juri Spetter though uses up-to-date materials and technologies to give a (actually not completely) new driving/riding experience.
