Here in Switzerland everybody cooks. We learn it at school. The book we use to learn is Tiptopf. It was first published in the mid 80ies, and has proven to be an enduring success. This autumn we are happy to announce the 2 millionth edition of Tiptopf! To celebrate the publisher schulverlag plus AG has teamed up with renowned Swiss pan-manufacturer Kuhn Rikon to produce a set with the latest edition of the book and an innovative new pan.
A very limited special platinum edition was also made – I'm proud to own one!
This book comes with a lot of history for me, as the original design and title were created by my father.
