Marloes ten Bhömer

I'm not at all a shoe guy. One of my friends recently threw out more shoes than I probably have ever owned. Still, some shoes are just too interesting to ignore. Dutch designer Marloes ten Bhömer has a new approach to shoe design, that I appreciate. Fashion usually just irritates me for it's superficiality, but Marloes has a different approach. She uses techniques that are normally not associated with shoes, such as rapid prototyping and rotomoulding, to find a completely unique aesthetic. I can appreciate this.
